ATMA – Promo Mix November

This month I’ve had the pleasure of supporting John Digweed, Seth Troxler, Miguel Campbell and Lee Foss. It has been a whirlwind to say the least, much like this whole year!

I had so much fun playing these gigs and after warming up for Seth Troxler I have a newfound love for playing the opening set. There is something special about starting the proceedings early in the night and laying the foundation for the following artists. As I rarely play the opening set I was forced to discover and rediscover old and new tunes alike and was blow away by some of my slower tracks. This mix is an ode to the opener and while it never exceeds 118 BPM it never feels slow or dull.

I hope you enjoy this mix – as always, feedback and constructive criticism is valued. Please repost and share if you like it.

DJ T. – Burning (Art Department Remix)
ATMA – Down
Johannes Brecht – What’s About

ATMA – Drone

This is one of my favourite ATMA production so far…a little bit sparse but I like the atmosphere, it takes some time to wind up so give it a chance :-)

ATMA – Down

This is my first release on Brisbane’s Buxton Records label. I produced this track during a long bus ride in Thailand, this is unofficial part two of my original track Just, I hope enjoy those warm moody tones :-)

Booka Shade – (Love Drug ATMA Remix)

My entry for the Book Shade Beatport Play remix comp. I generally don’t enter the Beatport comps because they end up being a social media showdown but I though the track would be fun to remix (which it was) and love Booka Shade so I made an exception.

ATMA – ‘Hello Australia’ Promo Mix

Following an enormous relocation from Stockholm to Melbourne via a three week tour in Thailand there has been little time for the joys of music production.

However, I couldn’t wait any longer, the aural adventures must continue. This mix is designed to be less experimental and exploratory with an emphasis on dance floor appeal and journey. This mix is primarily a promotional tool designed to give an example of how ATMA’s style can evolve throughout the night to adapt to changing crowds and environments.

I hope you enjoy this mix – as always, feedback and constructive criticism is valued. Please repost and share if you like it.

Guest Mix for Kolour Sundays

A mix I made for BKK’s best Sunday Session to kick off my Thai tour.

I’ve chosen a mix of interesting music that I have found inspiring of late, not quite as jackin’ or bass driven as my usual fare, a little more on exploratory and mystical side.

Get Off My Mind (Axel Boman remix)- Agaric
Ringo – Joris Voorn
Shallow – &ME
Cold World – Sascha Braemer & Nicone
Come With Me – Nora En Pure
Sister – Leon Vynehall
Never – Scuba
Scala – Agoria
California Analog Dream (Robag’s Moppa Habax NB)- Vondelpark
Just – ATMA
Boyz 2 Men – Daniel Bortz
Paper Trails – DARKSIDE
(Untitled) Outro – Delroy Edwards

My first original track. Deep house vibes with a hypnotic vocal sample. This track explores man’s struggle with truth and conflicts of the ego.
